THE JOURNEY BEGINS...

I am a beach girl at heart, never far from the ocean. Growing up in a small coastal town there was always time for creative projects, giving me a strong foundation in colour, illustration and balance. Art was always my passion so it was only natural I study Visual Communications at University to become a designer and creative lead.

WANDERLUST

After my studies I traveled around Europe before settling in London where I was lucky enough to land a job designing alcohol labels at Claessens International, as a junior branding designer. It was an incredible apprenticeship working for a leading design agency, world renowned for developing some of the most successful beverage brands such as Johnnie Walker, Chivas Regal, Bombay Sapphire, Mumm Champagne, Russian Standard Vodka, Havana Club, Ketel One Vodka… the list goes on ( as do the drinks ).

My creative curiosity soon led me to an internship designing shoes for Jimmy Choo. It was an amazing experience working for a luxury fashion brand learning how the world of shoe design and luxury brands operates. My shoe collection never looked better! After leaving London I spent a few months travelling, stopping in Russia to see my vodka designs in action and catching the Trans Siberian ( Vodka Train ) to China. After backpacking through Asia I landed back in beautiful, sunny Sydney.

BOLDINC.

A founding members at Boldinc. Brand Innovation a design agency that builds premium brands for local and international markets. My role ranged from managing a team to designing, illustration and overseeing design projects from start to finish. After eight years of amazing experiences, a Design Director promotion, two forced office relocations due to growth, work trips to London, Hong Kong and Singapore, three company ski trips and some truly great friends, I am really grateful for my time at Boldinc.

INTERIOR LOVE

I fell in love with Interior design during a home renovation project so embarked on an Interior Design & Styling course with ISCD. Studying while working full time almost killed me, but it paid off when I received top marks and industry awards for my bathroom, living and commercial designs. 

SEA 2 SKIN

I co-founded a natural skincare brand called Sea 2 Skin inspired by the ocean and Australian beach culture. In the short time Sea 2 Skin has been operating it has smashed its way into the US market being stocked by Urban Outfitters, as well as getting snapped up by international retailers, magazines and bloggers. We were approached with an unrefusable offer to sell Sea 2 Skin in 2019 and so we farewelled our ocean baby.

ARCHIE ROSE

I never thought I’d give up the freedom of running my own small business, but the opportunity was too compelling to ignore. I’m currently the Design, Packaging and Creative Manager at Archie Rose Distilling Co., Australia’s most highly awarded distillery.

Driven by a commitment to reimagining Australia’s rich distilling tradition, Archie Rose produces a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, alongside one-off collaborations, limited releases and immersive spirits experiences. With bold global ambitions and an innovative vision for the future, it’s an exciting time to be part of a company helping shape the next chapter of Australian distilling.
